Sit still and enjoy…your home, your kids, your husband ( yes, even him!). After a busy week at work and hearing so many disturbing news locally and from all aroung the world, we need to get back to the basics and enjoy WHAT WE HAVE NOW, WHEN ALL IS GOOD. The simple act of sitting quietly with a cup of tea ( or a freshly squeezed lemonade) in your terrace when eveyone else is taking a nap, makes a difference in our hectic lives. Observe nature, take a stroll, browse through your family´s photographs….relax and let go of all your worries!!!
Learning to relax during the weekends…
As busy working women, we usually find it hard to relax during our free time…let me give you a few tips on how to achieve this sometimes impossible task:
1) Use that spare time to do a hobby or an activity you enjoy, and don´t have time to do ( reading a magazine, cooking a favorite dish, watch a movie, visit a friend)
2) Feed your soul with spirituality ( go to church, meditate, take a moment to enjoy the view wherever you´re at, say a prayer…)
3) Connect with your family and your friends ( make a call, write a letter or an e-mail, visit someone you love)
